We invite you to apply for our market if you grow &/or make all your own products. If you are a craft vendor, then you must produce a “farm craft” per the Old Saybrook Zoning Department. This market is certified by the Connecticut Department of Agriculture and only allows those vendors/farmers who grow, make, bake, or produce their own products. Please fill out the following paperwork:
- 2024 Rules & Regulations
- Crop Plan(s) (2024_Crop_Plan and/or 2024_Specialty_Crop_Plan). PLEASE NOTE – Even if you are not a farmer, you will need to fill out a “Specialty Crop Plan” as we are certified by the CT Dept of Agriculture & it is a requirement. Thank you!
and be sure to include the following:
- Certificate of Insurance naming “Willbrook Properties, 147 Main Street, Old Saybrook, CT 06475” as the “Certificate Holder”.
- Your Sales & Use Permit
- Organic certification (if applicable)
- Any Health Permits from your town &/or State of CT (if applicable)
- If a food vendor, please make sure to contact the
CT River Area Health District (Chris or Scott) at 860-661-3300.

They will be reviewed & considered. We do max out in our vendor types. Your submission does not guarantee a spot in the market. We will be in contact with you shortly after you’ve submitted your complete application. We ask that you mail them in (no emailed applications will be considered).
